Our teams visit clients in their plants, to conduct or assist at product trials, study product performance in real-life situations, and provide hands-on support. Working with clients, and our R&D department, our Technical Services teams achieve personalised product solutions for our clients in terms of product properties, workability and performance.

Often going beyond simply optimising the performance of our product in a client’s production process, our team also proposes optimisation of the entire manufacturing process during process assessments, leading to increased productivity and lowered costs for our industrial clients.
